Mark Sims
CPA, CA, P. Eng., MBA
Mark completed his undergraduate degree in Engineering Systems and Computing at the University of Guelph in 2003. He obtained his MBA from the University of Windsor in 2009, joined the firm that same year and became a partner in 2015. Mark obtained his CA designation in 2012, and has completed the CICA’s In-Depth Taxation Courses.
Mark provides advisory services with a specialization in taxation and enjoys finding and implementing tax efficient solutions for our clients.
Nathan Graham
BBA, CPA, CA
Nathan graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2009, and obtained his CA designation in 2012 while articling with the firm. From 2015 to early 2020, Nathan spent time in Calgary, Alberta working at national firms in their audit, assurance and taxation divisions serving a wide range of clients from owner-managed private companies to some of Canada’s largest privately-held companies.
In the spring of 2020, Nathan returned to Graham Mathew as a partner. Nathan enjoys working alongside clients to provide assurance and taxation services, and especially enjoys helping clients navigate complex issues they may face on a daily basis.
Mike Arndt
BBA, CPA, CA
Mike graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2005. He joined the firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2009.
A life-long resident of Cambridge, Mike has worked with a wide-range of owner-managed clients in a variety of industries. He offers auditing, accounting and taxation services as well as helping his clients overcome the various challenges they face in everyday business.
Peter Graham
CPA, CA
Peter acquired his Chartered Accountant designation in 1969. He joined the firm as a partner in 1972. Peter simply enjoys living in Cambridge and serving his community here. Over the years he has been involved with the Rotary Club of Galt (as President and as recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship award), the Cambridge Chamber and the United Way to name a few.
In his current role as an associate, he helps his clients get the assurance a municipality or not-for-profit organization needs when facing a public board.
Jack Sims
Richard Mathew
B. Com., CPA, CA
Richard graduated from the University of Toronto in 1970 with the degree Bachelor of Commerce. He was with a national CA firm in their Toronto office between 1970 and 1979 during which time he obtained his CA designation (1973). In 1974 he began specializing in tax. In 1979 he moved to Cambridge to join the firm then called Pinchin & Co. and now carrying on as Graham Mathew Professional Corporation. He continued practicing in the areas of personal, trust, estate and corporate tax planning until his retirement in 2015.
Richard and his wife Beth now live in Fergus, Ontario.
Jack Scott
B. Math., CPA, CA
Jack graduated with a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo in 1973 and obtained his CA designation in 1975. He joined the firm in 1986.
In his current role, Jack will continue to provide his expertise in accounting to help our clients improve their business.
Jack has been with the firm since the beginning in 1967 and his area of focus has always been corporate and personal accounting and taxation engagements. Jack contributes to engagements for professionals (doctors and dentists among others), small manufacturers, wholesale and retail clients.
Larry Arndt

Larry graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1973 and obtained his CA designation in 1975. He joined the firm in 1978, becoming a partner in 1981.
In his current role, Larry will continue to provide his expertise in auditing and accounting to help our clients improve their business.
